Amylase a starch reducing enzyme for homebrew wine
Starch hazes can occur in winemaking from bananas, or root vegetables
amylase prevents this
Amylase turn the non-fermentable starch into fermentable starch.
Use 1 teaspoon of amylase per 4.5 litres of wine for removal of starch haze
Mix the amylase with a little wine and add to wine
