Apple Wine Making Recipe 

3 kg Apples, citric acid, 1kg sugar, yeast, yeast nutrient, 4.5 litres water

Chop the apples into small chunks and simmer for 15 minutes in the water

Put the sugar into a brewing bucket and strain the juice on

Stir well to dissolve the sugar, when lukewarm add citric acid, yeast and yeast nutrient

Cover and leave in warm place for 24 hours, after which pour juice into a demi john, fit an airlock and continue to ferment in a warm place for approximately 4 weeks or hydrometer reading is 1.000 or lower

Transfer to a clean demi john, leave in a cool place to clear, then bottle

Leave to mature for at least 6 six months
