Danstar Nottingham Yeast
This yeast needs to be rehydraterd before using
Rehydrate by adding the yeast to 50 mls of luke warm water containing 1/2 teaspoon of suar
Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place then stir well
Add this yeast to 250ml of beer wort, when this is fermenting well add it to the bulk wort and brew as normal
