Fermentation Stopper in homebrew Wine
Fermentation stopper or Wine stabiliser prevents further fermentation in homebrew wine
Add 1/2 teaspoon of stopper per gallon
Dissolve fermentation stopper in a glass of wine or warm water add to wine and mix thoroughly
One crushed campden tablet should also be added to your wine at this stage
Stir the wine over the next 2-3 days to allow the stopper to work
