Geordie Bitter Kits brews to 40 pints using 

 1kg Brewing Sugar or

500g Brewing Sugar and 500g Muntons Medium Spraymalt or

1kg of Muntons Medium Spraymalt

Using spraymalt will enhance the flavour of the bitter kits
