Cancellation and Refunds I
If you want to cancel your order or you ordered in error you can:
Email us at diane.lewis@NTLBusiness.com before we have despatched the order or:
Where goods have been dispatched you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund for the cost of the products. In the event the products have been used no refund will be given
Please note any products being returned should be sent via a signed for service as we accept no liability for lost or damaged goods.
