This kit brews a cider full of flavour

A sparkling medium dry traditional country cider

Brew this cider with 1 kg brewing sugar to 40 pints for a traditional cider of approximater 5% ABV or

32 pints for a stronger cider of approximtely 6% ABV

Put a maximun of 1 level teaspoon of sugar into each 500ml bottles,
keep warm for a further 3 days to add sparkle to your cider
