Midas Touch beer kits produce a light pale ale homebrew
This English style beer brews 40 pints of refreshing, hoppy beer enjoyed by both bitter and lager brewers
Add 3 litres of hot water to your brewing bucket
Add beer malt and rinse tins with hot water, make up to 5 gallon mark with cold water, add yeast, cover and leave to brew in a warm place for 4-6 days or when hydrometer reading remains constant below 1014
Transfer the beer into pressurised beer bottles or barrel adding 1/2 teaspoon of brewing sugar per pint to each bottle or 85g to barrel.
Keep warm for a further 3 days, then put in a cold place until beer has cleared
