Pectolase
Pectolase is sold in 32g tubs
Pectolase ensures the maximum yeild of juice from your fruit giving full flavoured homebrew wines and also prevents pectin hazes
Add 1 level teaspoon of pectolase per gallon
Dissolve the pectolase in 1/2 cup of luke warm water, add to must and shake well
If you are using pectolase with heated or boiled fruits add 2 teaspoons per gallon and add when cooled
Avoid inhaling, eye and skin contact as it may cause irritation
