Re Start yeast helps wine which has stopped fermenting too early to re start again. Before adding re start yeast ensure the temperature of your wine is correct

Mix the yeast with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 50ml of warm water, leave in a warm place for approximately 15 minutes and add to stuck wine
